In order to ensure maximum of transparency and objectivity in its reports, the EEAS and the Commission sometimes open public consultations to gather input on specific topics. This happens regularly, for example, for the EU's progress reports on certain policies or programmes.
All interested parties – including non-governmental organisations and other parties concerned by the topic – are invited to provide information, reports, or assessments.
Below are the public consultations that the EEAS has opened.
22 July 2013
10 October 2011
29 November 2010
14 October 2010
