Study in Europe
The European Union welcomes students from all over the world to study in its universities and higher education institutions. In this way, the EU promotes intercultural understanding through education and shares the quality of its higher education systems.

In 2004, the European Commission launched Erasmus Mundus, a co-operation and mobility programme in the field of higher education. This programme supports European Masters and Doctorate Courses and provides scholarships for third country nationals participating in them. Applications for grants must be submitted directly to universities. Please refer to http://eacea.ec.europa.eu/erasmus_mundus/index_en.php if you plan to study at the graduate level in the EU.
Tempus is the EU programme that supports the modernisation of higher education in partner countries, mainly through university cooperation projects. The programme promotes voluntary convergence with EU developments in the field of higher education. Armenia has been participating in Tempus since 1995.
Tempus supports projects aiming to restructure and develop curricula and teaching materials, upgrade teaching facilities, and/or improve university administration in higher education institutions.
