On 10 June 2010 the EU Delegation to Belarus will organise an information meeting on the ongoing call for proposals "Non-State Actors and Local Authorities in Development: In-country Operations for Belarus" (reference number of the call: EuropeAid/130100/L/ACT/BY, deadline for submission of concept notes is 5 July 2010). All interested representatives of civil society, local authorities and media are invited to attend.

The information session will take place at the Hotel Viktoria (address: 59 Prospekt Pobeditelei, Congress Hall) from 11.00 to 12.30. The draft agenda is as follows:
