Сhargés d'affaires a.i. of the EU member states paid tribute to victims of subway bombing in Minsk
On 12 April, together with the chargés d'affaires a.i. of the European Union member states, Rodolphe Richard, Chargé d'affaires a.i. of the European Union Delegation to Belarus, honored the memory of those who died in the bombing at the Kastrychnitskaya metro station on 11 April 2011 and the ones who died later in hospitals. Those present laid flowers at the newly opened memorial and observed a minute of silence.
