. Secondly, the duration of the festival has been increased. Consequently, the length of the festival will now be three weeks rather than one, allowing us to present 44 screenings, as opposed to 13 last year!
Travel will be the main theme of the festival which will highlight the diversity and dynamism of European cinematic production with films from all over the European Union. Laughter, tears, anguish, and passion, from tragedies to comedies: all of these films invite you to discover countries that are so close together and yet so different. A European journey on the big screen.
«CINEMA IS AN OPEN EYE ON THE WORLD » Joseph Bedier, French writer
The European Union Film Festival is presented by the Embassies of the European Union Member States and the European Union Delegation. In partnership with the Institut français of Cambodia.
