SWITCH Asia - 4th Call for Proposal

 

In view of the recent publication of the 4th SWITCH Call for Proposals, the Delegation of the European Union to Indonesia, Brunei Darussalam and ASEAN will hold an INFORMATION SESSION on the SWITCH ASIA PROGRAMME.

The Information Session will take place on Wednesday, 15 February 2012 from 13:00 pm to 16:00 pm at the EU Delegation office  in Jakarta, located at: Intiland Tower, 16th Floor, Jl. Jend Sudirman 32, Jakarta 10220, Indonesia.

The purpose of the information session is to inform potential apllicants about the purpose of the call and the procedure to follow. It does not constitute a guarantee that a contract will be awarded. Prior to the session, it is recommended that all participants familiarise themselves with the programme and the procedure. The guidelines and application forms can be downloaded from the EuropeAid webpage.

Pre-registration is mandatory. Considering the limited capacity of the venue, only 1 person per institution can register for the event. Confirmation of attendance should be made with Mrs Reni Yusnita at tel. +62 21 2554 6241 or e-mail to reni.yusnita@eeas.europa.eu latest by 08 February 2012.

 

Also be aware that the Delegation cannot reimburse any travel costs or other costs related to participating in this information session.
