An information session concerning the EDULINK II Call for Proposals will be held in the St Augustine Campus of the University of the West Indies on the 8 May 2012. The information session will provide information on the EDULINK II Call for proposals, application process and selection procedures.

The Call for Proposals for EDULINK II, ACP-EU Co-operation Programme in Higher Education, was launched on the 19 March 2012. EDULINK II is open to public or private Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and networks of HEIs from the ACP States, the European Union and other regions.

The present Call for Proposals differs from previous EDULINK calls by focusing exclusively on two thematic areas: Energy access and efficiency and Agriculture and food security. The deadline for submission of applications is 30 July 2012.

The information session is designed for potential applicants and interested stakeholders.

On the 9th May 2012 at the same location, a workshop will be held for information on EDULINK reporting requirements.
