Civil society dialogue
Welcome to the Delegation of the European Commission to Ukraine's first web-based consultation with civil society.
The purpose of this page is to allow civil society actors to provide their views on a range of issues of importance to the way the relationship between Ukraine and the EU will develop in the future. In order to participate in the consultations, you will need to register your organisation online. This database will help us to improve our awareness of who is interested in which policy aspects so that we can also eventually conduct more focused consultations. As this database will be in the public domain, it will also ensure that organisations' contributions are made in a transparent manner.
Over the coming months we hope to make this exercise a regular event. Topics may include discussion of draft political and operational documents, as well as consultations on ad hoc initiatives or establishment of priorities in programmes of specific interest to civil society. All contributions to individual consultations which we receive will be available on the website. The Commission will also post feedback on the website within a reasonable period of time after each consultation closes. In this way, we hope that a productive and useful record of interaction between the European Commsision and civil society will be created.
The Delegation will make every effort to ensure that this is a worthwhile experience for all of us and counts on your good will and patience to make this initiative a success.
