European Union

On the 9-10th of June, 2009 an educational round table on European integration and the Bologna Process was held in Dnepropetrovsk. The event was organized by the Information Centre of the European Union which works on the basis of the Dnipropetrovsk National University named after Oles Gonchar.

Within the frameworks of the round table a discussion on general trend of European integration for Ukraine and practical principles of international student exchange and internship was held.

The event has become a part of the Europe Days-2009 celebrations in Ukraine. Along with educational round table, the Information Centre of the EU at Dnipropetrovsk National University carried out two exhibitions of materials on the EU activities and the main issues of the EU-Ukraine relations.

The first exhibition reveals the theme «Europe: History», the second one provides information on the European integration of Ukraine. Both exhibitions are currently open for visitors.
