Last week, I attended the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Post-Ministerial-Conference (PMC) and the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) annual Ministerial Meetings in Phnom Penh. In July 2022, Operation EUNAVFOR MED IRINI inspected and diverted one vessel whose cargo was assessed to be in violation of the arms embargo and seized.
