Also, with the addition of the Euro in nineteen countries, the cost and the inconvenience of having to change currencies has been eliminated.

Erasmus+ is the EU’s programme that supports mobility projects in fields related to education. Bolivia participates in the following programmes:
- International mobility of credits.
- Erasmus Mundus joint Master’s Degrees.
- The development of skills in the field of higher education.
- Jean Monnet Chairs for higher education lecturers and institutions.
- Marie Curie fellowships for doctoral researchers and students and research centres.
