If you are interested in buying the car, you should submit a sealed envelope containing (1) your bid price in Vietnamese Dong; (2) your phone number and (3) a copy of your identity card.
You must use one of the means of submission listed below. Submission is understood as the time at which the bidder hands over the offer to the post office or courier service or at the reception of the Delegation. The offer must be received no later than 30/03/2026 at 17:30 Hanoi time.

The Delegation is open from 08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday. The service is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and official holidays of the Delegation.
Within 10 working days from the date of receiving the notification of the successful bid, the bidder must make full payment in Vietnamese Dong (VND) to the Delegation of the European Union to Vietnam If the bidder fails to meet this deadline, the Delegation reserves the right to contact the next highest bidder.
The successful bidder shall bear full responsible for all the required Vietnamese Government duties or taxes and fees. He/she will have 60 working days, from the date on which all vehicle documentation is provided by the Delegation, to complete all required administrative procedures related to the transfer of the vehicle. Should the bidder fail to meet this deadline, the payment made will be non-refundable, and all vehicle documentation must be returned to the Delegation.
