Hi, I’m Rova, 29 years old, and I’m a researcher.
I’m an environmentalist, and nature is very close to my heart.
Most Madagascan households use firewood and charcoal as a source of energy and for cooking, and this causes massive deforestation, air pollution, and various diseases.
That is why I chose my project “The Energy Transition through the use of biogas”.
I believe biogas is part of a real shift happening right now in Madagascar. It opens up new opportunities for young researchers, creates economic value, and shows that protecting the environment can benefit everyone.

Together, we can change things.

Meet the voices that are shaping Africa’s greener future.
