EU Delegation to Albania - Procurement Planning 2026 Administrative Budget

The Delegation of the European Union to Albania plans a series of procurement procedures for 2026 in execution of its administrative budget with the aim to conclude contracts for the below listed services or supplies;

1.Maintenance or refill of fire extinguisher (deadline for expression of interest 20/02/2026)

2.Provision of vehicle maintenance services (deadline of expression of interest 25 /02/2026)

3.Provision of office stationery (deadline of expression of interest 25/02/2026) 

4.Provision of insurance services (deadline for expression of interest 28/02/2026)

5. Fuel Supply (deadline for expression of interest 10/04/2026)

6.Internal works on office reorganisation (deadline of expression of interest 30/04/2026) 

7.Supply of IT/ Communication items (deadline of expression of interest 30/04/2026) 

8.Provision of electrical, handy man services and building renovation for residence (deadline for expression of interest 31/05/2026)

9.Supply of uniforms for drivers (deadline of expression of interest 31/07/2026) 

10.Supply and delivery of Albanian daily newspapers (deadline of expression of interest 31/07/2026).

The responsible section for these tenders is the Administration Section. 

Specialised economic operators are invited to express their interest in participating in these tenders by sending an email with relevant information of the company and the offered services to: Delegation-Albania-Administration@eeas.europa.eu

For subjects where the deadline for expression of interest is already fixed, this date will be last date for expressing interest (the closing date). For other subjects the deadline for expression of interest will be indicated next to the subject at least two weeks before the closing date.

The launching of each specified procurement procedure is done after the deadline for expression of interest as set per each topic individually.

• The EU Delegation to Albania will contact interested economic operators only at the moment a procurement procedure is launched. 

• The EU Delegation to Albania does not commit itself to award any of the mentioned contracts. Under no circumstances may the Delegation of the European Union to Albania be obliged to conclude a contract on the basis of an expression of interest.
