The Delegation of the European Union to Albania is selling used furniture as per below description: 

  • Incomplete set of old silver-plated flatware

Conditions of public sale (auction):

  • Interested bidders should call the EU Delegation at +355 4 222 8320, or send an email at the address Delegation-Albania-Administration@eeas.europa.eu

  • Bids are accepted exclusively byusing the official Bid Form (to be given directly to interested bidders): the completed form may be submitted in paper form or scanned and sent by email to Delegation-Albania-Administration@eeas.europa.eu. Any other form of bid will be rejected. 

  • Bids in paper form have to be duly filled in, signed, placed in an envelope and submitted to the EU Delegation premises at Rr. Papa Gjon Pali II, ABA Business Centre, 17th Floor, Tirana.

  •  Bids submitted electronically have to be filled in, signed, scanned and send to Delegation-Albania-Administration@eeas.europa.eu.

  • Bids will be accepted in EUR only.

  • Deadline for submission of bids is Tuesday 23 June 2026 COB. 

A designated Auction Committee will open all offers received within the deadline. Late offers will be rejected. The furniture will be awarded to the highest bid. 

Successful bidder will be notified by email and/or phone immediately after the award procedure. Payment must be done within 2 working days of award notification. 

In case the awarded furniture is not paid within the set time limit, the item/s will be awarded to the next highest bidder (2nd highest offer etc.). 

Please note that: 

  • bids are not negotiable once submitted; 

  • payment must be made via bank transfer before/at collection of the items;

  • the set is sold as is, in its present condition with no guarantee or warranty;

  • offers failing to respect the above rules will be excluded from the auction.
