The Heads of European Union Member State embassies in Australia took the chance to engage in meaningful discussions, focusing on strengthening EU-Australia relations, the EU role in maintaining peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific and promoting shared prosperity in the region.

Serving as a collaborative platform for the European representatives to discuss and work together, the retreat saw Ambassadors exchange freely on enhancing ties between Europe and Australia and develop deeper insights into priority areas for the EU-Australia relationship.

Team Europe is looking forward to working together on broadening our strong relationship with Australia as 2024 progresses.
