The Delegation of the European Union to Australia is launching a call for tender using a negotiated procedure in order to provide architectural, sustainable building expertise, engineering and quantity surveyor services to carry out a feasibility study for the office premises and residence compound of the EU Delegation in Australia in the non-exhaustive list below:

- collect the information on the plot and premises,

- inform on the regulation in force,

- undertake a technical assessment of the existing plot and premises,

- clarify the contracting authority’s needs,

- assess the viability and cost of the 2 following design options in the local context,

- define the quality standard and environmental certification,

- inform on construction cost and local practice in the construction sector,

- propose a project organisation.
