SADC and the European Union Ministerial Partnership Dialogue

A recent Ministerial Partnership Dialogue between SADC and the EU in Harare, Zimbabwe was marked by a strong sense of collaboration.

A Ministerial Partnership Dialogue between SADC and the EU took place on 15 March 2025 in Harare, Zimbabwe, in a spirit of partnership, where the two parties engaged on issues of mutual interest, including peace and security, human and sustainable development, climate change, environment, trade and investment.

The Dialogue took place in a collaborative atmosphere and reinforced the relations between SADC and the EU. Prof. Amon Murwira, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade of the Republic of Zimbabwe, co-chaired the Dialogue together with the Radosław Sikorski, Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Republic of Poland. The two parties also celebrated the successful implementation of cooperation and financing agreements supporting SADC regional programmes.
