Recently the EU Ambassador Sofia M Sousa visited ACCEDERE, an important EU funded project in the city of Praia and the historical and touristic centre - Cidade Velha. This is a project implemented by a local association – FECAD in partnership with Cabo Verdean authorities and some Portuguese NGOs.
