The Delegation of the European Union to Canada intends to launch a tender to award one or several Framework Contract(s) for:- the organisation of public diplomacy events (lot 1)- the provision of graphic design and communication services (lot 2)- and the supply of promotional items to be distributed to the Canadian public at events attended or organized by the Delegation (lot 3)Estimated value of the Framework over 4 years: 330,000€Lot 1– Organization of Diplomacy Events – 230,000€Lot 2 – Supply Promotional Material – 40,000€Lot 3 – Graphic Design & Printing – 60,000€If you are interested in submitting a financial offer for this Framework contract or one of the lots; we kindly request that you submit an email to delegation-canada-admin@eeas.europa.eu notifying the EU Delegation of your Expression of Interest to tender and provide your contact information.Once the tender documents are available, the Delegation will dispatch the Invitation to Tender to those who have expressed interests.
