By the present public procurement procedure, the EU Delegation to Canada requests performance of a series of public diplomacy events. Tenderers will be required to ensure the efficient organisation of a series of public diplomacy and cultural events; aimed at improving the awareness, perception and understanding of the EU in Canada and at advancing cultural cooperation, in line with the objectives laid out by the Joint Communication “Towards an EU strategy for international cultural relations”.
