« Lire notre Europe » with Nelia Vakhovska: An evening of solidarity with Ukraine

In the context of Strasbourg World Book Capital 2024, the partners of the EUNIC Strasbourg network are honouring European literature. Each month, "Lire notre Europe" invites you to take a literary journey across Europe to discover and meet works of literature and the people who bring them to life.

The series will be launched by the Goethe-Institut, in partnership with EUNIC and the BNU, on the occasion of the European Day of Languages and as part of the "From one language to another" festival. This first event aims to highlight the Ukrainian language and culture, with the participation of translator Nelia Vakhovska, who will talk about her job, her culture, literature, translation and of course current affairs.

/The event will be held in French/

EUNIC (European Union National Institutes for Culture) is the European network of organisations involved in cultural relations.
