Europe Day 2026 in Eswatini

Set to the iconic sounds of Ode to Joy, the European Union (EU) in Eswatini celebrated Europe Day 2026 on 8 May at House on Fire in Malkerns, recognising the values of unity, partnership and cooperation that continue to connect people and communities across the world. 

In attendance during this colourful and well-attended event were the representative of His Majesty King Mswati III, Prince Gcina, Cabinet Ministers, EU Member States Ambassadors accredited to Eswatini, Parliamentarians, civil society organisations, development partners and many other stakeholders.
