CALL FOR INTEREST - Tender for Professional Videography and Photography Support Reference number: EEAS/DELGHA/2026/04
Selected companies will be shortlisted and included in the EU Delegation’s roster of service providers. Shortlisted providers may subsequently be invited to participate in competitive bidding processes for providing professional videography and photography services for high-level events as required.
Eligibility and Selection Criteria
Interested companies must meet the following requirements:
- Be a duly registered company in Ghana;
- Demonstrate experience in the production and delivery of high-quality videos and/or pictures.
- Ensure that their activities and operations do not present any conflict with the mission, objectives and values of the European Union, including in areas such as foreign policy, social affairs, health and the environment.
Submission of Proposals
Interested companies are invited to submit:
- A company profile along with business registration documents
- A proposal including links to at least 3 produced videos (with at least one video produced within the past two months) tailored to different social media platform and audiences and/or photography coverage of high-level events
- At least two professional references.
