Mid Term Evaluation of the Ghana Employment and Social Protection Programme (GESP)

Since 2001, Ghana's economy has been growing, but the growth has not resulted in sufficient employment creation. It is because growth has mainly been concentrated in ‘job poor’ energy and extractive sectors as opposed to the ‘job rich’ manufacturing and agricultural sectors.
