Staged on June 8, 2026, the inaugural Euro-Guyanese Classical Music and Opera Association concert marked a historic cultural milestone at Georgetown's historic St. George’s Cathedral. Under the patronage of EU Ambassador Luca Pierantoni, the landmark performance seamlessly blended international virtuoso Argentine-Spanish baritone Leonardo López Linares—with local icons such as the Woodside Choir, Chie Clarke, Katusha Fraser and Syesha Yahya to celebrate local and European artistry.
