To programme, advise on and manage, under the supervision of the Head of Cooperation, the
implementation of projects, mainly financed under NDICI and the EDF programmes, but also
regional and thematic programmes, as well as technical assistances within the scope of
geographical responsibilities of the Delegation (two countries and seven OCTs). To contribute to
the policy dialogue at country and OCTs level in the respective priority sectors (Green Deal/
Forest Partnerships, Health and Pharma, Water and Sanitation, Renewable Energy among
others) with a particular emphasis on the Global Gateway Investment Agenda.
