Exhibition of projects for university students in Honduras
Through a fair featuring dynamics, music and artistic expressions, various local EU partners, both governmental and civil society, explained to the public the objectives, results and main actions they are carrying out with EU’s support. Students were able to speak directly with project representatives. As well, local entrepreneurs, supported by EU-funded projects, exhibited their products and explained how they run their small businesses.
Likewise, project coordinators, together with the Forest Conservation Institute (ICF), presented information on environmental education. They delivered pine trees to students and teachers as an activity meant to draw attention to environmental care. Near 200 students were present at the fair and expressed their interest in knowing and understanding the EU actions in Honduras.
