The EU Delegation and SEEDS Iceland Co-Host a Documentary Screening

On 28 November 2023, the EU Delegation co-hosted a documentary screening event in collaboration with SEEDS Iceland. The documentary shown is called "The Changing Face of Iceland" by Professor Mark Terry and focuses on Iceland's changing nature due to the on-going global climate crisis. The documentary originally premiered at COP 26 in 2021 in Glasgow, and with COP 28 scheduled to take place this week, the main message was about spreading awareness about the challenges Iceland faces regarding global warming.

Ambassador of the EU To Iceland, Lucie Samcová-Hall Allen, welcomed guests and following the documentary screening the director, Mark Terry, joined the event via video for a short Q&A.
