In Reykjavík, the EU Ambassador and Heads of Missions of EU Member States joined the Ambassador of Ukraine to Iceland to reaffirm a singular, united message: We stand with Ukraine.
Our shared position remains clear:
- Sovereignty: Ukraine’s territorial integrity is non-negotiable.
- A Just Peace: Any resolution must be grounded in international law and the UN Charter, with Ukraine leading the dialogue.
- Justice: Accountability for war crimes and robust security guarantees are essential for a stable future.
- Integration: Ukraine’s path toward the EU is a shared and certain commitment.
Four years of war have only strengthened four years of European solidarity. Our support does not falter.
