The Delegation of the European Union to India is selling two 10 year old used official diesel cars. Both cars are Toyota Innova, date of registration 13/02/2012, kms run-  88,880 & 82,566. Both the vehicles  are registered on diplomatic plates, so the purchaser will need to change the registration into his/her name under normal registration. The purchaser will be responsible for all expenses relating to the re-registration of the cars and also for any taxes levied by the Government on the purchase of the cars. Re-registration of the vehicles will need to be fully completed by the purchaser within one month from the date of approval by Ministry of External Affairs for sale of cars.

The inspection of the cars can be done on Tuesday, 29^th November 2022, between 10 am to 1 pm at site 5/5 Shanti Niketan, New Delhi-110021. The tender bid can be given before 16:00 hrs (4 pm) on 1st December 2022 to the email delegation-india-admin-procurement@eeas.europa.eu

No bids will be accepted after 4 pm on 1st December 2022. The format of the bidding document is available on request and will also be available on 29^th November 2022 during the inspection time at the site.

Highest bidder will be informed within 48 hrs from the time of closing of the bidding process.
