Furniture

 

The Delegation of the European Union (EU) to Indonesia is selling by public tender in the frame of a silent auction furniture and various items as per attached list of lots.

Interested parties are invited to consult the list of lots, which provides details of the items, dimensions and a photographs. The EU Delegation does not guarantee correctness of the measures.

 

INSPECTION OF ITEMS

An inspection of the items is scheduled for Friday, 16th May 2025 in South Jakarta/ Cilandak from 14:00-17:00, after registration to following e-mail with Subject: “AUCTION 2025”

DELEGATION-INDONESIA-AUCTION@eeas.europa.eu

and provision of following details:

  • Name
  • Family Name
  • Mobile Phone Number
  • E-mail address
  • Car license Plate Number

Details of the location for inspection will be provided after registration.

 

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS

Tenders must be submitted by e-mail until Tuesday, 20th May 2025 12:00 noon, whereas following information must be provided:

Subject of the e-mail: “BID AUCTION 2025”

For each bid, attached template must be used, indicating:

  • Name
  • Family Name
  • Mobile Phone Number
  • E-mail address
  • Amount offered in IDR
  • Lot No. X

For each lot a separate bid (separate document) must be provided.

 

CONDITIONS

By sending a bid, the successful bidder agrees to buy the item on an "as is" basis without any warranty. All expenses related to the transfer of ownership are to be borne by the successful buyer. The EU Delegation to Indonesia will not accept any responsibility or liability for the items after the sale.

Successful bidders will be notified and receive a purchase agreement (Bill of Sale), indicating the account number to which the agreed price must be transferred within 1 day

Should the amount not have been received within the agreed time, the next lower bidder will be contacted.

The Bill of Sale will be countersigned upon collection of the items on Friday, 23rd May 2025.

The Delegation of the European Union to Indonesia reserves the right to set a reasonable target price for each item and may halt or cancel the sale or withdraw any item of the auction at any stage of this public tender for a silent auction.

Should the successful bidder not collect the items no refund can be provided.

No enquiries by phone or e-mail will be accepted.

Notifications to successful bidders will only be provided by e-mail.

COLLECTION OF ITEMS

Upon receipt of the payment the item(s) must be collected on Friday, 23rd May 2025 from 10:00 – 14:00 at a location in South Jakarta/ Cilandak. Successful bidders will be provided with the exact address after receipt of the payment.
