Summary:
ECHO Green aims to promote green economy initiatives by women and youth farmer in the sustainable agriculture sector in order to increase agriculture productivity, food security, decent employment opportunities and inclusive economic growth towards attainment of SDG2 (Zero Hunger), SDG5 (Gender Equality), and SDG8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) in Indonesia.
This project aims to enhance the collaboration among civil society organisations, local authorities and private sector to strengthen the effectiveness of women and youth involvement in village spatial and land-use planning and to improve the sustainable agriculture practices of women and youth farmer groups in three districts in Indonesia.
