Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA)

Are you a researcher holding a PhD who wish to carry out research activities in Europe? Are you a PhD candidate who wish to develop your skills in and outside academia? Then the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) might be the right choice.
MSCA is the European Union’s flagship funding programme for doctoral education and postdoctoral training of researchers. MSCA is part of Horizon Europe, the European Union’s key funding programme for research and innovation.
There are 5 types of MSCA targeting different objectives:

  1. Doctoral Networks (DN) - Supporting programmes to train doctoral candidates in academic and non-academic organisations
  2. Postdoctoral Fellowships (PF) - Supporting the careers of individual researchers and promoting excellence
  3. Staff Exchanges (SE) - Encouraging collaborations between organisations through staff exchanges
  4. COFUND - Supporting regional, national and international programmes through co-funding
  5. MSCA and Citizens - Bringing research and researchers closer to the public at large
