Webinar "The Future of Renewable Energy in Indonesia, Experience Sharing with the EU"
Webinar "The Future of Renewable Energy in Indonesia, Experience Sharing with the EU"
As part of its Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) under the Paris Agreement, Indonesia is committed to increase the share of renewable energy in its total primary energy supply to 23% by 2025 and to 31% by 2050.
Achievement of this goal requires a supportive regulatory system. A draft Law on New and Renewable Energy (RUU EBT) is currently under discussion in the Indonesian Parliament.
As part of the input gathering process, the EU-Indonesia Partnership Facility is organising a webinar entitled "The Future of Renewable Energy in Indonesia, Experience Sharing with the EU"
The event aims to share European experience in renewable energy development and presents prospect of future EU-Indonesia energy relations.
The webinar will be held on:
