The European Commission-Directorate General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO) to Iraq is launching a call for tender using a best value for money procedure for Solar panel system.

The company will be responsible installation of Solar panel system in both Erbil and Baghdad office.

The launch of procurement procedure will be in Oct. 2026
