New call for proposals within the framework of the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument (NDICI) - Global Europe (reference: EuropeAid/186065/DD/ACT/IL)

The call includes two lots:

• Lot 1 for the Thematic Programme for Civil Society Organisations
• Lot 2 for the Thematic Programme for Human Rights and Democracy

The global objective of this call for proposals is to contribute to the upholding of democratic principles, to the promotion and protection of human rights, and to the strengthening of Israel’s Civil Society Organizations (CSO) as independent actors of good governance and development.

The deadline for submission of concept notes is Tuesday, 26 May 2026, at 22:00 (Brussels date and time).

An online information session (in English) on the call for proposals will be held on Wednesday, 15 April 2026 at 10:30 (Israel time) online.
