The European Union in Belize launches creative arts competition for visual arts, dance and song

The European Union Technical Support Office to Belize is launching its first ever EU in Belize Creative Arts Competition: A Prize for Visual Arts, Dance and Song.

Rooted in the European Union’s commitment to climate action and assisting Belize in the sustainable use of its natural resources, protecting biodiversity, and fighting deforestation, this competition promotes public awareness of these important issues through the use of cultural expression, creativity and arts. The theme of the competition is: Protecting Beautiful Belize from the Negative Effects of Climate Change
