The objective of this call for expression is to solicit skilled and qualified General Building Contractors for renovation and refurbishment of ECHO Offices and staff residences within Nairobi.

Scope of the required services:
• Provision of general building works:
1. Painting works
2. Surface finishings
3. Plumbing works
4. Sanding and varnishing of wooden surfaces
5. Electrical repair works
6. Floor – parquet repair/replacement

Specific requirements:
1. Contractual partner must be a registered individual/company qualified in the field of civil and building construction works.
2. Must possess technical skills and knowledge of the work
3. Experience: Minimum of 3-year experience in the field
4. Vendor shall provide valid company documents
a. Certificate of registration NCA, Category 1, Building Works with Kenyan National Construction Authority.
b. Statutory company registration licenses
5. Excellent demonstrated ability to be flexible and work under tight deadlines in an independent working environment

Only those vendors meeting all pre-qualification criteria will be invited to participate in the anticipated tender exercise.
