The Schengen Embassies in Nairobi intend to expand the common list of approved insurance companies complying with the rules and regulations provided under the Schengen Agreement.

This list would be published on most of the Embassies’ homepages and the European Union Delegation web site.

To qualify for empanelment we strongly recommend that the services described are made available to our visa clients.

Consequently, interested insurance companies are invited to duly complete, sign and stamp the MTI Form

and submit together with the requested documentation to delegation-kenya-tenders@eeas.europa.eu by 22/02/2023 at the latest.  Otherwise, the Expression of Interest shall be rejected.

The operators currently enlisted vide the call for expression of interest dated 21/10/2022 are not required to re- apply.

Please note that WE TRANSFER mode of transmission of the expression of interest  is not admissible for it has an expiry date to access documents.
