Call for expression of interest: Provision of Conferencing and Accommodation Services, ECHO Nairobi Office
The European Commission DG European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO) Office in Nairobi is planning to launch a tender to conclude a contract for the provision of conferencing venue and accommodation services.
The requirement is anticipated to be between 28th – 31 May 2024. The threshold of the tender is foreseen at approximately Eur. 20,000.00 The launch of procurement procedure will be late March 2024.
The objective of this call for expression is to solicit reputable suppliers who can offer the services requested.
All the economic operators withing Nairobi and Naivasha, willing to participate in the tender are kindly requested to claim their interest by sending an email titled “Provision of Conferencing and Accommodation Services ECHO Nairobi Regional Office” to the email address – ECHO-Administration.Nairobi@echofield.eu on or before 21st March 2024 at 1600Hrs
