Call for expression of interest: Purchase of Accommodation and Conferencing Services for the ECHO Nairobi Office

The European Commission DG European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO) Office in Nairobi is planning to launch a tender to conclude a contract for the purchase of accommodation and conferencing services.

The threshold of the tender is foreseen as Eur. 30,000.00. The launch of procurement procedure will be end of August / beginning September 2026.

The objective of this call for expression is to solicit reputable Providers who can offer the enlisted services. 

All the economic operators (registered and licensed in Kenya, willing to participate in the tender are kindly requested to claim their interest by sending an email titled “Purchase of Accommodation & Conferencing Services - ECHO Nairobi Regional Office” to the email address ECHO-Administration.Nairobi@echofield.eu on or before 31/08/2026 at 1600Hrs .
