The Schengen Embassies in Nairobi have the intention to establish a common list of approved insurance companies complying with the rules and regulations provided under the Schengen agreement.

This list would be published on most of the Embassies’ homepages and the European Union Delegation web site.

To qualify for empanelment we strongly recommend that the services described are made available to our visa customers.

Consequently, interested insurance companies are invited to duly complete, sign and stamp the MTI Form and submit together with the requested documentation to delegation-kenya-tenders@eeas.europa.eu by 09/11/2022 at the latest.  Otherwise, the Expression of Interest shall be rejected.

All operators currently enlisted shall renew their interest by submitting the required documentations as detailed above within the given deadline to qualify for empanelment.

Please note that WE TRANSFER mode of transmission of the expression of interest  is not admissible for it has an expiry date to access documents.
