Connect & Create 2027 is open!

The Africa–Europe Partnerships for Culture programme, funded by the European Union, has launched two calls under the Connect & Create programme.

The two calls include:

• Circulation: supporting the circulation of performing arts and music.
• Professional mobility: supporting professional mobility for cultural delegations at major international events. 
   

The calls are open to organisations in Sub-Saharan Africa and the EU, with up to 70% of project costs covered. 

Deadline: 30 September 2026, 23:59 (Paris time).
