The EEAS / Delegation of the European Union to Kenya is launching a call for tenders using a negotiated procedure for Supply and delivery of ORIGINAL Toner Cartridges (Various) for the European Union Delegation in Kenya.

The objective is to conclude a framework contract for maximum duration of 48 months for supply and delivery of toner cartridges  for the printer models within short leads times.

Tenderers are not authorised to tender for variants and must submit a tender for all the toner cartridges specified.  The tenderer shall specify the duration of the guarantee for the supplies where applicable. The tenderer must specify their lead-time for deliveries. The maximum delivery period allowed is 4 weeks from the date of order. Deliveries are to be made during working hours of the delegation, currently Monday – Thursday between 9.00am – 3.00pm and Friday between 9.00am-12.00pm.

The Contractor shall be required to supply and deliver original toner cartridges that comply fully with the minimum technical specifications set out in the tender and must bare all costs and risks in delivering the goods to the place of delivery.

The place of performance is the European Union Delegation office premises currently located at Dun Hill Towers House, 115 Waiyaki Way Westlands, Nairobi.
