The EEAS / Delegation of the European Union to Kenya intends to launch a call for tenders using a negotiated procedure for provision of Legal Services.

The general scope of the contract is  provision of  legal expertise and representation capacity as maybe necessary in the following areas of law vide the Kenyan legal framework:

• Employment and Labour Law
• Commercial Law

The tender is open only to duly licensed/authorised entities for the performance of the services and must be able to prove this with valid documentation.

The  foreseen duration of Contract is a maximum of 48 Months.
