The EEAS / Delegation of the European Union to Kenya intends to launch a call for tenders using a negotiated procedure for provision of Travel management and related services.

The general scope of the contract is  provision of  travel management and related services which includes booking of travel, ticketing , hotel reservations, airport transfers , car rental and other incidental services in accordance with the policy, procedure and guidelines of the European Union Mission Guide for officials and other servants of the European Commission (to be annexed to the tender specifications).

This tender is addressed to duly qualified travel agencies to provide travel management and related services for official business purposes also referred to as ‘Mission’ on the basis of transaction fees and must be able to prove this with valid documentation.

The  foreseen duration of Contract is a maximum of 48 Months.
