The EEAS / Delegation of the European Union to Kenya is launching a call for tenders using a negotiated procedure for Supply and delivery of Stationery & General office Supplies (Lot 1 & 2) for the European Union Delegation in Kenya.

The objective is to conclude a framework contract for maximum duration of 48 months for supply and delivery of stationery items and related consumables within short leads times in two lots as specified below:

• Lot 1: Supply and delivery pf printing papers (assorted)
• Lot 2: Supply and delivery of other general stationery and consumables

Tenderers are not authorised to tender for variants and may submit a tender for one lot, or all the lots, provided that all the items in a particular lot are tendered. The delegation reserves the right to award the lots separately or to a single economic operator.

The tenderer shall specify the duration of the guarantee for the office supplies where applicable.

The Contractor shall be required to supply and deliver stationery items that comply fully with the minimum technical specifications set out in the tender. The maximum delivery period allowed is 4 weeks from the date of order.

The tenderer must specify their lead-time for deliveries. Deliveries are to be made during working hours of the delegation, currently Monday – Thursday between 9.00am – 3.00pm and Friday between 9.00am-12.00pm. The contractor shall bare all costs and risks in delivering the goods to the place of delivery.

The place of performance is the European Union Delegation office premises currently located at Dun Hill Towers House, 115 Waiyaki Way Westlands, Nairobi.
