EEAS/DELKENN/2024/003 Tender for Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) for the EU Delegation to Kenya Procedure: Middle Value Contract
The EEAS / Delegation of the European Union to Kenya intends to launch a call for tenders using a negotiated procedure for Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) for staff on mission to areas prone to insecurity.
The general scope of the contract is;
- All-inclusive residential training for a period of 5 days
- The maximum value of contract shall be 137 000 EUR .
The tender is open only to duly licensed/authorised to performance the services and must be able to prove this with valid documentation.
The foreseen duration of Contract is a maximum of 36 Months.
