Supply of Assorted ICT Items – Laptops, Docking Stations, Smart Phones, Headphones Keyboards, Mice and UPS

The European Commission DG European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO) Office in Nairobi is planning to launch a tender to conclude a contract for the supply of assorted ICT items including but not limited to laptops, docking stations, mobile phones and Keyboard, Mice for ECHO Nairobi Regional Offices. 

The threshold of the tender is foreseen as Eur. 30,000.00. The launch of procurement procedure will be late June 2026. 

The objective of this call for expression is to solicit reputable ICT Providers who can offer the enlisted goods. 

All the economic operators (registered and licensed in Kenya, willing to participate in the tender are kindly requested to claim their interest by sending an email titled “Supply of Assorted ICT items for the ECHO Nairobi Regional Office” to the email address ECHO-Administration.Nairobi@echofield.eu on or before 06/05/2026 at 1400Hrs
